Trade opened the pre-school season without too much hype. Dense rows of student jackets, white blouses and sundresses began to take pride of place in the halls of stores since July 10th. On a weekday, when we went to see what the children's outfit would look like for the upcoming school year, only a few parents were making the choice.

What is the reason for the low activity - is it only during the holiday season? Or did moms and dads, seeing the price tags, decide to adhere to the principle of “count seven times - buy once”?
