Rescued Pregnant Cat Gives Birth to Adorable Kitties

In July, a couple found a starving kitty near their home. To get away from the extreme summer heat, she crouched beneath their cars. Immediately, the two decided to give her some food and water. They named her Sookie and made it their mission to get her back on her feet and give her a home.

Soon, they realized they didn’t JUST rescue a stray cat. Sookie was pregnant! Below is the heartwarming story of her rescue … and the birth of her kittens. This family is adorable.

The homeless stray cat took shelter from the July heat underneath the couple’s car. They didn’t hesitate to give the sweetheart food and water.

After getting something to drink, the cat warmed up to the people who found her.

She even, as a token of gratitude, left them little gifts when she could.

Soon, the couple discovered Sookie was pregnant. Just a little over a month later, two adorable kittens showed up!

They named the little sweethearts Cheyenne and Dakota, even before they knew the sex of the kittens.

After going to the vet, they discovered the kittens were two healthy little boys… but they decided to keep the names they gave them.

The black kitten was Dakota.

And the tri-color kitty was Cheyenne.

As they kittens grew up, they also became very close and loving animals.

Often they would spend time napping together, playing or spending time with their mommy.

Speaking of which, Sookie completely transformed after receiving some love and care! She is now a big, fluffy cat that is extremely beautiful.

Cheyenne and Dakota are 9 months old now. They are a little crazy sometimes, but are part of a loving forever family.
